Meet the team
Adam joined Carlton Services in 2004 as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice, and now as the manager of the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning department has over 10 years’ experience in the trade. Adam’s day to day working life involves specifying and quoting for new contracts, carrying out routine maintenance work and also emergency breakdowns. Due to his experience, he is very well placed for giving real life feedback on equipment and advising clients on equipment suitable for their requirements.
Tim joined Carlton Services in 1996 as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice, however as the company grew it needed someone to manage the newly established Catering Equipment Department. Tim has learnt the Catering Equipment trade from over 18 years of dealing with service engineers, end users and suppliers and has a very sound product knowledge. Thanks to his background, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge to best advise customers on suitable equipment.
Julie has been with Carlton Services since 1998 and is the longest serving member of the office team. Although Julie primarily deals with the Accounts side of the business, she has picked up a lot of product knowledge over the years and is very aware of the differing needs for our wide portfolio of clients.
Erica joined the Carlton Services office team in 2003 after 5 years working for a heating company. With over 15 years’ experience in the service industry, Erica has a very firm grip on the requirements of the end user and has a very good understanding of the products we sell.
Cindy’s arrival in 2008 is the most recent to the office team at Carlton Services. Now with over 7 years’ experience in the trade, she has very good knowledge about the products we sell and the environments in which they work, as well as appreciating the needs of the end users.
As you can see, we don’t have a high turnover of staff. Every member of our team has years of experience individually and between them their combined knowledge is very high. With backup from Tim and Adam when required, there is no enquiry that we are unable to deal with. We don’t just shift boxes, we deal with this equipment every single day and understand the needs of our customers. Not only do we have the individual experience as illustrated above, we also have hand selected service engineers to draw further experience from and speak to regarding any enquiries we may have.
