Labcold Compact ULT freezers utilize a Japanese adaptation of a refrigeration technique tried and tested for many years in freezers operating at temperatures as low as -150°C. Using a single, commonly available, European compressor and fewer moving parts than more conventional ULT freezers these products will provide reliable storage at temperatures down to -83°C. This new and unique range is set to revolutionize the use of ultra low temperature freezers, particularly when -80°C storage is needed close to the work place. With their compact external dimensions and quiet operation they are no more obtrusive than a standard lab refrigerator.
