The Ital Lampo, available from Carlton Sales, is a compact blast chiller and freezer combined that offers all the power of the larger models - rapidly chilling food to +3 degrees C in 90 minutes and shock freezing to -18 degrees C in 240 minutes - without compromising the freshness and taste. With a storage capacity of 29 litre and measuring just 620 x 600  x 400mm, the Lampo can hold 3 x 2/3 gastronorm pans but is small enough to fit on, or under, a countertop, tucking in alongside existing equipment.
